Summary This large-scale study covered 72 California high schools. We matched 36 schools that used Albert with 36 similar schools that didn't, focusing on year-over-year growth and the impact of high-fidelity usage
Faster Growth Although the schools using Albert started with lower baseline scores, they improved faster. Albert schools improved their pass rates by 2.7 percentage points over the year, outpacing the growth of non-user schools.

The most impressive results came from the top 10 highest-usage schools. They achieved a pass rate of 46.6%, 16.1 percentage points higher than the California statewide average of 30.5%.
The study found a statistically significant link: students who made more attempts on Albert were much more likely to meet or exceed state standards.
